Brilliant and accommodating staff, stunning beach and amazing food. The only criticism is lack of baby changing facilities when at restaurants or at the pool and the AC was a bit temperamental
Overall stay was excellent however there are very limited food options, though the main restaurant is really delicious.. service was really satisfying my little kid suffered from Rota ( most likely not from the hotel as we stayed in phuket before going to The racha) and the nurse was extremely helpful, sweet and provided all medications needed for the condition until we went back to Phuket..
Amazing location and overall vibe of the resort, quiet and relaxing few days.
Would recommend to improve the Speed Boat transfer, having no ladder to climb on vs having to use the tyre attached to the dock was surprising along with the food on the menus needs a refreshed approach to make the experience even better.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I feel beautiful sea and scenery.
Many mosquitos annoys me.
The property is gorgeous, the racha has a unique arrival lounge.
The property feels like it is a world away and has the 5 stars to make the stay unbelievable. The pool villas are devine
The hotel and the staff are just perfect. Everyday the staff has kind attentions. The beach is beautiful, the food delicious and the villas have high European comfort standards. We were so delighted that we extended our stay twice!
Great property. Staff was helpful and excellent. Rooms were spacious and amenities were ample. Great view in front. Lots activities available. Would definitely come again
I am reluctant to give a good rating as I want to keep the Racha to ourselves! Wonderful place. Complete revitalisation. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and spa. Perfect for our wedding anniversary.
It was perfect and nice. The only thing to comment is the turist comming in with boats every day to see the island on the beach and They where very loud, even made the beach dirty. That was not relaxing. But the resort was amazing and great service.
Missing a gard at the adult pool, to many children and screaming.
No priority, even when a regular visitor for 10 th time!
Missing a slow boat instead of the speed boat, no ruch when on holiday!
Unbelievably beautiful resort with emerald ocean. We stayed in two bedroom suite with private pool partially ocean view. It was very spacious. All staffs are kind. Food was quite pricey but quality of food was great all the time. snorkeling was amazing at racha beach. We were scheduled to stay for three nights but after we found out there is nothing surround the resort, we asked hotel to shorten our stay. it was hard procedure but hotel finally agreed to our request. very pleasant stay. worth the money!
Worst resort we’ve been at so far and we’ve been to many. Wayyyy too overpriced and not worth your money. Food is garbage and overpriced. Nothing was good here . The beach was the best thing . Never recommending this resort to anyone
We stayed there about 15 years ago. It was great. Now..it's a dirty run down hole. The 100s or day tourist that ruin the xperience compound the disaster. We booked 7 nights and left after 1. It's just awful....I mean awful, terrible.
Very nice.
The sunset restaurant on the beach was never open but we soon learnt that it was not part of the hotel.
Boat trips were available but as they were expensive they were regularly cancelled on the day of the trip.
Internet availability was awful. It was very slow and you had to sign in to each area of the hotel you were in. Each sign in only lasted a day so a bit disappointed really.
On site Hotel Spa was very good.
