Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival, the room was fairly clean but furniture quite dated and the curtains looked like they were covered in bodily fluids. (Room 6) Overall dated bed and breakfast but I wouldn't expect 5* for the price I paid because it's a budget stay. Breakfast was nice.

Spotless hotel handy for Blackpool north

It was a very nice and spotless hotel, i booked for a one night break. Unfortunately i had to leave early in the morning for a problem back at home, I would recommend it and I will go back again hopefully in the near future

Fabulous stay.

Lovely hosts; friendly, welcoming and kind. The whole B&B was very clean and we were more than satisfied with our room but, are grateful we opted for the ensuite room (our preference). We had a great breakfast that lasted us until our evening meal. We will most definitely be staying again, we had a wonderful time!
