The property is very nice having a workout room, sauna and pool. There's a rooftop bar that is enjoyable at night. The shower and bathroom are very American in size which helps in getting ready. The staff was extremely helpful in making arrangements and reservations.

Attentive staff especially the doormen and front desk Room is beautiful and bathroom/shower/vanity set up very satisfying. Can highly recommend the RC for visitors to one of my favorite cities in Europe maybe only 2nd to Copenhagen, but then I am a little biased being Danish. No wonder Copenhagen and Vienna rank in the top 2 of "most livable cities in the world" - a very proud distinction. Grüß Gott

This two night stay at the Ritz was the centerpiece to our two week anniversary celebration in Europe and came at the perfect time. Service in particular was exceptional from check to meals to concierge help. In two days time we knew five names and their care for us, professionalism and enthusiasm was next level. Of course the facility and location were all you would expect from this brand. We had never stayed at one before and found the rates in Vienna to be quite ridiculous. Last thing! Don’t miss the rooftop bar!

We spent such an amazing time on this Hotel. It was an anniversary travel and it could not be any better thanks for the time we spent here. The staff was very helpful at all times and we would like to mention Giorgio in the bar as an upstanding Manager and most of all a person always there to make your dreams come true. The pool, the gym, the sauna all were places that we visited and really enjoy because of the installations and the staff.
