My partner and I truly LOVED this resort. Staff were very warm and kind and very professional! Rooms are exceptionally clean and they were cleaned daily! The food at this resort was sooo delicious as well. I was a bit skeptical about the food just because I didn’t have a good experience with the food at a resort in Mexico however Dominican Republic/ Joia Resort is a 10 out of 10 in my book! I will be returning!

The JOIA was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The service was outstanding and the quality of the food was fabulous at each restaurant. We opted for the butler service with our room and Jesus and Reynaldo made our trip an over-the-top experience. Highly recommend the JOIA.

We had a wonderful stay at Joia Bavaro by Iberostar. This hotel is adults only. The food was delicious and varied, with a great selection of fresh seafood, which was a big highlight for us. The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had our personal butlers Danilo and Edward. They helped us with all our questions . Our room was beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable. Huge balcony with a lake view was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again! Highly recommend !

This was a great place to stay. The resort was very clean, the room was spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable. The outdoors theme was tropical lush landscaping surrounded by pools. The specialty restaurants were good and all inclusive. The entertainment and staff were spectacular very courteous and kind. The food quality was excellent along with the all inclusive spirits. Highly recommend this adult only resort. My husband and I will definitely return as early as next year.

This resort is definitely 5 stars—without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They do their very best to remove the seagrass early each morning, but that’s simply Mother Nature, and there’s only so much they can do. The pools are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The entertainment team is wonderful, and the nightly shows are always great! We also have absolutely no complaints about the food or the restaurants. Everything has been a wonderful experience! This is our second stay at the resort, and we would happily return again! ❤️🌴

Pools were very well maintained and heated: The beach full of seaweed not a good time to visit the beach off season: The live entertainment (music) all Latino: if you're looking for a line dance this resort isn't it: you have to leave the resort for those dances: the shows great: I saw Queen - enjoyed that one for real: a great sing along: the instructor for the pool activities was superb: Pool volleyball fun fun fun Your fun squad did a fantastic job engaging the people including me: Thank you Javier Chocolate: the conceige nearest the evaluators very pleasant. They greeted me everyday All day: Food- surf & turf plus the Italian restaurant Fresh and delicious: The Japanese restaurant for my experience I visited twice But you must make a reservation thru your butler; Souvenir shopping - minimum selections And be conscious of the prices: All n all this was a new Chapter for me: Will I visit again probably but during Nov- July hopefully when the beaches are pretty blue 💙 Thank you
