Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Property was advertised as a Luxury Beach Front Apartment with Sea Views. It was 2-stars at best with no view of the sea, dingy furniture, and badly stained carpets. The check in process was a mess. Spent 15 minutes signing agreements and uploading information online, only to have to do it all over again once on-site. No one was available to check me in and had no information. Had to dig to find a phone number to a call center. Was finally met by non-English speaking maids and brought up to another reception (who was actually super nice), and then had to wait in the hallway as the maids checked and cleaned the room. I was so annoyed and disappointed that I booked another hotel and just walked out. The "host" contacted me three days later to check on my stay. I told him the situation and he promised to get me a full or at least partial refund. As expected, he ghosted me and didn't reply to my email. So, here's the review you asked for! I will never book or even step foot in the Fontainebleau resort again. I stay in hotels and apartments 30-45+ nights per year. This was the worst of the year. I encourage you to avoid the place.
