Great location to stay for a concert in downtown Chattanooga. The room was plush and comfortable. The staff were hospitable and helpful. The vibe was fun and retro. Would definitely stay here again.

Don't miss a stay here. We didn't do a train car, but the traditional hotel room gives that train vibe, too. The entire hotel is beautiful, art-deco inspired and the staff is beyond superior. Don't miss dinner at Elsie's Daughter, it's delish. And take a drink from that bar or grab one at Caboose Bar and sit out by the firepit. I would return to this place in a HEARTBEAT!

We went to a concert across the street at the Signal and decided to stay at Hotel Chalet. It was a wonderful experience!! Pre-concert drinks at Elsie's Daughter were fabulous, and the breakfast burrito at the lobby cafe the next morning was delicious. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Chalet! We loved the train carriage room. The lobby felt very grand on arrival. The caboose was a lovely touch and the restaurant on site is incredible. The only downsides were the pool temperature didn’t feel heated and the TV did not have smart apps and the Google casting did not work. We would love to come back if we are planning a future trip in the area!

If you’re in Chattanooga - the place to stay - amazing facility - Resturant amazing - late happy hour from 9-11 and Resturant is open late . Amazing food - world class with excellent service and great mixologist - real cocktails. Walking to couple cool bars then the frothy Monkey for breakfast in the old train station - great experience.

I loved the ambiance of the hotel! The staff was very welcoming and friendly as well. I do wish I had done more research as I didn't realize so many things were extra (such as parking or a cup of coffee at the lobby bar in the morning). But the rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy. It's a good location too next to good restaurants ls and not far from downtown.
