We easily walked to/from ski bus with equipment each day (2mins) and walked out for nightlife in town each night (5mins). The house is recently updated, the kitchen is stocked with all tools for cooking and it has every supply or convenience item you could want or need. The smart TVs were great for our kids to watch Disney+ or YoutubeTV from our own accounts. The backyard is lovely with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub. You can’t beat the location. You can walk right to a trail that takes you to the grocery store in 5 minutes or hop on your bike and take it to the Rio Grande Trail. You’re right next to two playgrounds (but not TOO close) and the Aspen Institute. We had the best experience with the owner and the property manager. They were accommodating and quick to respond.
