The staff was amazing and attentive! We had the junior suite room and it was perfect and so spacious. The spa experience was unreal! The food was decent and there were plenty of options. The pools are great and the grounds were very well maintained. We rented a private cabana in the jungle pool and it was so worth it. Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres exceeded every expectation. The resort is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views, beautiful accommodations, and an atmosphere that makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. We stayed in the preferred club master suite, this room was phenomenal. The food was exceptional across the board, and the service was even better. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to Eddy (morning butler) and Leticia (evening butler), who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel like valued guests. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with incredible food and world-class service, Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres is the place to be. We can’t wait to return, we’re already planning to return again this year!

This was our third time at the resort. The beach is the most beautiful area. The staff is always so positive and wanting to please. Our favorites were Ernesto at Oceana for lunch, Julian at the beach and Dianna at Seaside for dinner. We had a wonderful waiter at Himitsu as well. We had a little trouble when trying to book the hibatchi table. Our concierge would not respond right away or give clear answers which lead to a late reservation that just didn’t work for us. We also called the front desk about getting a bar of soap. They were very helpful but purchased the soap from an outside vendor which ended up costing $43 for one bar of soap. Even with the little moments, it is the most beautiful place and resort that we’ve been to and are looking to go back again next year.

Me and my spouse stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca in June 2026 and we absolutely loved it. We will most definitely be back. It was in a perfect location with beautiful beaches. The atmosphere was amazing. The cleanliness was great I noticed that they cleaned our room daily like two times a day and they offer turn-down service. The breakfast was good and their bars, restaurants were also good. They are very eco-friendly. There was a lot of amenities. A lot of things to do on resort base. The service was great. The entire staff was always nice, respectful accommodating, very friendly. Including our butlers Eddy and Leticia, they were truly the best. They were very accommodating to all of our needs. We booked the preferred club, oceanfront master suite. It was stunning great value for everything that it offered. And the noise level was good. We barely heard anything from our suite. I enjoyed my time there and I will most definitely be back. I didn't want to leave.
