Very good hotel. Attentive staff, clean rooms and clean property. The beach is wonderfully maintained, perfect for families. The resort is beautiful. I stayed in the Ali Tower, which is beautiful as well, but there are a few updates that could be made to help the space feel newer and cleaner. The staff is wonderful — I maybe encountered one rude staff member during my entire stay. I do wish the vendors were still allowed to sit on the beach and sell like in previous years. I’ve stayed at this resort three times and definitely plan to go back.

It was our second time at the resort and once again we were so pleased. Staff is so kind and thoughtful! Check-in was a breeze along with check-out, and the bell desk kept our belongings safely secured until our 8pm take off. Our Tapa Tower room was clean and spacious with a great view. We love the pools and beach access, as well as the walkability. Overall a wonderful 8 day stay!

It was a lovely stay. Lights went out at about midnight didn’t come back on for couple of hours had to wait for the hot water to get hot again to take a shower. We were compensated for our troubles which was very nice of the establishment. but staff worked well to get everything under control. No microwave in hotel not sure why.

We took my blind dad this past weekend, and the hotel was very accommodating! Also very offering of help. Wheelchair accessible everywhere we went. Great food, a lot to do, lots of shopping, Friday night Luau and fireworks . My only issue is that that parking and resort fees added another 800 to our 3 night stay when we checked out which was surprising but as long as you’re aware of that, this hotel is a great choice!

Great hotel. We got upgraded to a corner ocean view in the Rainbow Tower and can't complain. We also had some great help from one person at the front desk to work through an issue that came up. My only complaint is that the "benefits" you receive for the $50+ per day resort fee are pretty lacking - definitely didn't get my money's worth on that. Overall happy though.

Stay was pretty nice. We upgraded to the rainbow tower (a must) and got a really nice room. The hotel has nice amenities and shops. We had a delay from our island hopping and were not able to make it to check in. I emailed and txt the property but they put me as a no show and wanted to charge me an extra night to get to my room right away. I declined and made a new reservation through my cc portal but they were being weird about the whole thing. A lot has changed since we first stayed there two years ago…. Customer service is hit or miss and lots of attitude. Probably will stay at another hotel nearby next time. Parking is nightmarish not worth having a car and staying there, ended up being pricey.

The package I purchased included a daily room credit for meals. The Bali restaurant wasn’t my favorite as far as meals but staff were so respectful, helpful, patient, and kind. There were a lot of shops that were walking distance. Uber drivers were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean, and smelled fresh. The resort itself was well kept. I didn’t spend much time on the beach so I truly can’t speak for that but it’s multiple beaches and pools on the resort along with shops. Most shops closed at nine. Overall, time and money well spent! Will definitely rebook.

The room was ok but a lot of noise they didn’t tell us the tower was under construction but we switched rooms to the rainbow tower I had to pay off course but they gave us a credit for the noise, what I really loved was the $65 Daily credit for food (we know how expensive Hawaii is) I didn’t like the food at the tapa bar but the rest were good even the wiki wiki store for breakfast , we didn’t see the fire works because it was raining , they do kids activities like “feed the fish” you do have to walk around 20min to get to Waikiki man street but overall it was great, lots of pool options for the kids! Rainbow tower rooms are good BUT Elevators take forever ! They assign you one and you have to wait around 5min each time

We booked a package through Expedia and got an ocean view suite room in the Diamond Head tower. We weren’t pleased with our room. When you walked in, it was the bedroom separated from the balcony/view. It was an absolute dungeon of a room. No windows, no natural light. The door was 2 feet from the bed. You heard everything outside. The bar with the live music, and every noise in the hallway. The living room had a pull out bed and that was where you saw the view of the ocean. We tried to get moved but had a list and didn’t get moved. If I did it again, I probably wouldn’t go through Expedia to get a nicer room. It felt like they put us on the top floor, all the way tucked back to the corner room because we booked through Expedia. Loved the location of the resort though. We stayed around the Hale Koa more than our own. Staff was super friendly. Food was insanely expensive. Shops were really cool but pricey.
