We have stayed here 3 times as my mother is receiving medical care from MD Anderson and not only do you get a more affordable rate the hotel itself is everything we need to longer stays! Food is amazing, staff are great, and accessibility is wonderful.

Absolutely perfect for our stay. Buffet breakfast was real good, the pool was amazing and the hot tub gets extremely hot!! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus was a plus, takes you anywhere for free in a 1-2 mile radius.

We stayed at the hotel for the Bengals game and our stay was great. The front desk staff was great. We loved the complimentary champagne and bottled water. Breakfast buffet was okay, but it was many options to choose from. The pool area was spacious and nice. Only complaint was the refrigerator was small like dormitory size small and the room was small compared to the other hotels with a kitchen area, but the rooms were comfortable, clean and up to date. Definitely will stay again when we come back to Houston!

We ran into a small, canine sanitation issue with our room upon check-in, but the staff and management were incredibly quick, friendly, and accommodating, despite the hotel being packed! The rooftop pool is awesome; it has a hot tub nearby and a great little wading area where kids can safely splash around while enjoying awesome views of the city. Between the convenient location, tasty breakfast buffet, and professional team, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Staff was nice and friendly and room spacious and comfortable. I am deducting one star for a parking pass that did not work at the gate repeatedly and elevators who did not seem to work one of the evenings.
