The view was a postcard from our balcony room. Staff is extremely friendly. Be prepared to hike the stairs up or down no matter where you want to go. Great place to stay. Breakfast and mini bar included. Porters take your luggage from the port up to the groom for $15 per bag. Well worth the price. And they will bring it back when you depart from the port for the same.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! Easily the nicest and most helpful staff we have had so far. The cleaning services are amazing, they even cleaned our room in the time it took us to eat dinner, and we didn’t ask which was such a great surprise the first night! The view from the balcony’s is one of the best as well. 10/10 would stay again!! ~ Andrew D’Alto

Great hotel. The front desk attendant was very polite and helpful. The breakfast that was included was a great way to start our mornings and having breakfast with a view? What more could you ask for? Room and view for our room was great and the AC worked great. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Its location is pristine, halfway between the Main Street and the port/beach area. Food was incredible. They also have an off-site pool for guests, and that was probably our favorite place in the entire city. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramare. The location was perfect and the view from our room was honestly breathtaking. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff was amazing too. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful the entire time. We never had a single interaction where someone wasn’t welcoming and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing, and having that incredible view while eating just made it even better. We also really enjoyed having dinner at the hotel. The hosts and our waitress were so much fun and genuinely nice to have around. They made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The room, location, food, service, and especially the view were all incredible. If we ever come back to Positano, we would absolutely stay at Miramare again. Highly recommend!

This hotel says it’s 4⭐️ but I’m giving it a 5⭐️. I have traveled around the world and very few hotels have it all. This Hotel has one of the best locations, views, beautiful rooms and beautiful terraces overlooking the water. It is first class with service to his guests and the breakfast was amazing!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Spectacular views. The staff was extremely helpful and had porter services which was a huge benefit as the stairs in Positano are no joke. They will humble the most athletic of people! Highly recommend.

The staff at Miramare was incredible. Very responsive, friendly and helpful relative to suggestions and bookings for restaurants, activities, excursions, etc. They also went out their way to assist with some unforeseen printing needs we had. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our balcony room was terrific given the spatial "build on the side of a mountain" constraints of Positano. Gorgeous views!! Conveniently located between the main street above and beach/marina area below - made navigating the many stairways less cumbersome.

We had an amazing stay in Positano. The balcony in our room overlooking the beach and water was absolutely spectacular!! The staff were all so helpful! There are so many stairs but they had porters to help you take your bags up and down the stairs. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining room was also amazing! Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I've had. The location and views are everything you'd hope for from Positano. It is hard to overstate how beautiful it is waking up to that. The restaurant is also excellent. But the staff is what really stood out. Little things stuck with me: they swapped my water for a cold one when I arrived, and when I mentioned I was going to the beach, they handed me a complimentary phone charger without me even asking. That kind of attentiveness is rare and it made a real difference. I'd highly recommend.
