Very small for a Fairmont but very nice property with all 72 rooms facing the sea. Everything you could want is on the property. Only challenge is that, for those who must roam, you must walk a bit to town, take a very convenient and inexpensive public bus, or taxi if you don't have a rental car. Staff was the most pleasant and accommodating I have ever encountered.

A well-maintained property with clean rooms, great pool and a very nice beach, with helpful staff that are happy to set up sun beds with towels and shade. There is drink service at the beach although a bit slow. However, there is cold drinking water available via self-serve all the time. One important tip - the beach is divided into three by barrier rocks. Of the three sections, the one furthest away from the towel cabana has best ocean floor - with almost no rocks. This resort made our trip. We stayed for a week in late September 2015 to celebrate a major birthday. The Colony Club upgraded our room (probably possible only because it was off-season), and started our vacation off right with delicious rum punches and a bottle of champagne. This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly can’t think of one thing they could improve upon. The grounds are stunning and the decor is spot on. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. And the hotel offers all sorts of complementary amenities such as tea time, boating and snorkeling. As well there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staying here is a must!

The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.

This was by far the best vacation I have ever been on (which has been quiet a few). The resort was 15 minutes from the airport, it was stunning with amazing views of the ocean, beach was clean, the staff was extremely accommodating and everyone seemed happy to be there and to help you. The food was amazing, which is not always the case at an all inclusive. I cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this resort. We did the junior suite oceanfront in the luxury side of the building, which is...

Everything was PERFECT here. Don’t listen to negative reviews. I was worried, but I can’t wait to go back!
