A good place to stay, not around a lot of noise, and traffic, well lited, room comfortable with kitchenette, laundry room and exercise room open 24hrs. quiet, staff nice and helpful, only dowfall the small smell in the hallway, and not sure if the halls are vaccum.

The hotel was well-maintained, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding, and everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. We would definitely stay at Sonesta again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience!

My stay here at Sonesta is a great experience, not sitting close to traffic, no hanging out, quiet, room comfortable, wash and dry, exercise room , well lited, exercise room, open 24hrs, kitchenett, staff very nice, door lock at a certain time, clean, only thing I dislike it has a small smell in the hallway, and not sure if they vaccum the hall floors, other than that a good place for relaxation.

It’s was good for the money. My room smelled like an old smoke room even though it’s a non smoking facility. The lights didn’t work during one of the nights and the fan stopped working in the bathroom. It was cleaned just found a ball of hair on the counter. Otherwise, the staff was really nice and helpful.

I've read so many comments about how rude the staff were and unclean the property is, however my experience has been just the opposite. The staff has been so kind, accommodating, and friendly, and I truly believe if they have been rude to ANYONE its because someone was rude to them first. Aisha, who works at the front desk, has been more than helpful with all of my requests. The room has been great, cold AC, comfortable bed, and more importantly a hot BATH! I'm happy to recommend this place over so many extended stay type hotels. I will be coming back.

Everything was all good my 1st night, but on my 2nd night they put someone above us on the 3rd floor, we were in room #212. The guest they put above us stomped & jumped on the floor all night!! We even left for awhile and came back to allow the guest some time to go to sleep & it never happened, so we had to listen to stomping & jumping all night into the next morning. Other than that the property was clean, staff was nice & welcoming, and we enjoyed the gym & free landry room!

The main floor is very well maintained; very clean and zero smoke. However, if you stay on the 3rd floor, it's like you are staying in another facility. The stairwells and garbage cans are just not maintained, always overflowing onto the floors and never vacuumed...the marijuana smoke will knock you over. The room was very dated but clean and very large, which was so nice. Some staff members were very helpful; others very rude. The washers and dryers were great, but they are constantly running, making the adjacent gym unusable because of the heat and lack of proper ventilation. Taking the good and the disappointing aspects, I might still stay here again because of the space alone, but preferably on a floor that is properly maintained and supervised.
