Loved that the location felt very secure with gated parking. My kids loved the pool. Our room had a funky smell to it that could have been cat pee or cleaner to cover cigarette smoke. My only experience with staff was at check in. They were not very welcoming. I don’t think they smiled once.

Good weekend trip with the family. Room was clean and quiet for the most part. We went during the 4th of July weekend and there were several unexpected fireworks in the middle of the night going off but nothing noise cancelling headphones couldn’t take care of. Thankful our last night was back to having a quiet night to rest.

Breakfast was great and offered different options on different days which was nice. Staying in a higher costing state made the food budget more flexible with this amenity. The pool was nice and the rooms are more private and separated compared to your typical large multi-floor hotel.

Great hotel! We had a small issue with the hot water knob. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes maintenance came and fixed it! Amenities and breakfast were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was booked as handicap accessible for the bathroom but it was far from it. The bathchair had to be fixed and the front door to the unit had to be fixed as well.. The staff was helpful in general in resolving the issues and the personnel sent to do the repairs was very courteous and helpful. As far as the quality of access to the pool and breakfast area it was disappointing because the unit was too far away from both and hard to maneuver entry/exit points to both.

Traveling through to pick up friends at LAX considering it was a Saturday afternoon got to airport in 25 minutes from the hotel. The property was clean and quiet environment to relax when we got back from the airport we enjoyed the pool great stay.
