The room was very big since it was a suite and I needed the space to get ready for my wedding. Only thing I didn’t like was when I went to tour the property, I email the manager to go ahead and booked the days and I am still waiting on her reply. Luckily, I found it on Expedia and with my points I paid less than what she quoted me.

Overall, the hotel has good facilities, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well soundproofed, and the staff was attentive and polite. However, I was disappointed with how certain situations were handled. Another guest complained because we were using the pool, and we were asked to leave. Later, the same guest was bothered because we were sitting and talking in a common area, and once again, we were asked to leave. I do not believe this was fair. All paying guests should have the same right to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, whether staying for one night or five. As long as guests are respectful and following the hotel rules, they should be able to use the pool or sit in a common area and have a conversation without being asked to leave simply because another guest is bothered by it. We respected every request from the staff, but I believe the other guest could also have been reminded that shared spaces are for everyone. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff treated us well, but hotel rules and guest rights should be applied equally to everyone.
