Good location, better than reviews lead me to believe. Lobby food wasn't unreasonable compared to other hotels. Friendly people. Staff is great too, front desk helped me with every question I had.

Great stay today. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience smooth from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything felt well cared for. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

The good ratings on the property do not reflect the excellent experience. This hotel goes the extra mile to provide the best experience possible. The shower pressure was incredible, the kitchen well stocked, the unit very clean, the furnishing very comfortable. It is definitely the most underrated hotel I've visited.

We were very impressed with the appearance of the property. I have traveled through Horsham many times and never knew there was a hotel hiding in the middle of a business park. What a great hidden gem. There seemed to be only one person on staff but he was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the perfect fit for our home away from home. There was ample parking and even though it gave the vibe of an extended stay (which I believe it is) there was no loud noise outside or in the hallways. My only concern was the smell in the hall, it wasn't overwhelming but it was obvious the they carpet were due for a deep cleaning.

The room was clean, but I always wore my slippers because I didn't want to walk on the floor it was sticky. The bathroom tiles were loose and the grout was cracked and coming loose. The shower had visible mold inside and out. The bed was comfortable, clean and provided a good night's sleep.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
I didn't enjoy my recent experience at Executive Residency Best Western Horsham. Although the view from my room was the best part of my stay, the services were not very good. I communicated with the hotel using their online system. I sent a text message with updates about my stay. When I wanted to stay an extra hour on checkout day and communicated that request, I never heard back from the staff. After getting out of the shower, I heard a staff member trying to enter my room, while the TV and indoor lock were on, letting them know that someone was in the room. The man asked me if I still wanted to stay the extra hour, and I agreed. However, I changed my mind once I realized they were being unprofessional, so I checked the usual time. I was able to let the front desk worker know that I didn't like they that tried to enter my room, and contact me several hours later for my request. I was very disappointed in the services during this trip.

Easy check in, clean room, great location. I assume this place has smoke rooms because there was a lingering smell of cigarettes everywhere and a lot of air fresheners. Worth it for the price

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, the utensils are good, the building is a bit of a problem. It smells bad of marijuana and cigarettes; they smoke in the rooms, because you can smell the bad odor in the hallways and the elevator. The parking is accessible.

The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading

The time we were there, the room was never cleaned! when we arrived there was a can of a vodka drink still in the bathroom (apparently just left behind). It was unfortunate that they never cleaned our room as we needed also more towels. The general property was okay in terms of cleanliness. The gym was nice but the number of pieces of equipment was pretty sparse (one treadmill, one bike and one precor). The staff seemed very nice. the room overall was nice and spacious with a nice kitchen but there was not table in the living room. overall i would have rated it as good, except i cannot because of the room cleaning issue (never having them clean the room) was really poor.

The hotel was clean and as expected. My only complaint is that I paid extra to do late check out and the front desk staff genuinely came knocking on my door to kick me out despite paying for late check out… it was odd. I would stay again but probably wouldn’t waste money on late check out.
