Good location close to the airport. Shuttle service was nice to have as well. Room was very clean and spacious.
They did have a private pool party going on which caused a lot of over drunkness around the lobby area.
Staff were super helpful.
Lovely hotel and huge rooms. There is some food within walking distance too. I couldn’t get an early check in but it was worth the wait. 10/10. I would stay here again.
If you’re flying in or out of Dallas Love Field Airport, this place is ridiculously convenient—like, stress-free travel convenient.
Front desk staff? Friendly, kind, and actually pleasant to deal with (which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is).
Breakfast though… wow. Not your average setup. They had a super sweet woman making custom omelets, and she was the kind of person who just makes your morning better.
The hotel itself has a really cool vibe, and the beds? So comfy you might rethink your alarm choices.
Easy location, great people, legit breakfast, and seriously comfortable beds. Done.
The staff on the Element side were very nice and attentive. The hotel is close to the airport and close to the Highland Park area making it a convenient and affordable place to stay. We will stay there again on our next trip to the big D...
The hotel is well maintained and the staff, with the exception of a very rude young man, were very helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to those flying out of Dallas Love Field - the shuttle was great.
Good value for being able to have fridge, induction stove, kitchen sink, and microwave; also spacious bathroom and spacious room with desk and couch. Good value for a stay when you are on a work trip and want to come back to ample space with multiple functions
Room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I requested to be moved to another room due to a barking dog in the room next to me and they handled that quickly and with no fuss. The only negative to the room was one of the electrical outlets on the bedside lamp did not work.
We stayed At Element and Tario worked at the front desk.
He had the best personality and a smile on his face. He was. So helpful. We will stay at the hotel again. What we
Liked best is they have 24 hour service to Dallas love field.
Overall my stay at Element was nice, though having to pay for parking in a wide open self-parking lot is not customer friendly. The room was nice and large (suite) with a full kitchen. It is nice to have the bar and restaurant on site and the food I ate was pretty tasty. They should add Chardonnay to their wine offerings!

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Liked proximity to airport.
$16/night self park is too expensive. Luggage carts too small and too few. Breakfast was poor. Room had damaged window coverings and there was no cookware to use on induction cooktop.
I really really wanted to like this hotel based on the photos however I was really disappointed. Check in was smooth but I didn’t get the pool view as per my booking. Upon arrival to the room i immediately noticed dog hair all over the furniture, human hair stuck on the wall inside the bathroom. There is a black hand smudges all over the door. The shower head looked liked it needed a good cleaning with vinegar to get rid of all the calcium buildup. The nightstand on the side I slept on had black crust (maybe mascara) on it, you can tell housekeeping didn’t clean it at all. The carpet also had a lot of human hair that was not mine. We also noticed housekeeping did not come around the entire time we stayed (3 nights). Bed was really comfortable but the sheets were not soft at all, they might as well cover yourself in burlap fabric. lastly when we looked under the sink for some paper towels we noticed black mold under the kitchen sink.
I only spent 1 short night. I chose it because it’s very close to Dallas Love Airport and they offer a free shuttle. Only about 5 minutes away, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. It was convenient and on time for my early morning flight. My room on the 4th floor was modern, spacious and very clean. It had 2 queen beds, a little soft for me, a comfortable sofa, a large screen tv, and a kitchen stocked with dishes and pots & pans. It also had filtered water from the sink faucet. No table though, just a desk/counter with 1 chair. I loved the large window with a few of the area. It had power shades that worked fine. The soundproofing was not great from above. You could hear running and other sounds pretty loudly. The bathroom was large but with an accessible shower. I didn’t wander around the lobby so not sure if they have a restaurant. I walked about 5 minutes away to a local eatery and then Starbucks.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay to catch an early flight. I was satisfied with my experience but surprised that I did not get the type or location of room that I selected on Hotels.com. I had requested a 1 king bed room, non accessible, with a view of the pool. Not sure if this is a hotel or hotels.com issue.
