Beautiful property. My wife and I enjoyed a coupes getaway for three nights. Very peaceful and functional layout. Only notable challenge was we were on the first floor and found it rather loud at night time as there wasn’t much noise reduction/cancellation insulation between our suite and the one above.
The room and the hotel were beautiful! The only reason I reduced a star is because dinner was very average. The food was bland and the service was slow (and even though the restaurant was not busy). On the other hand, breakfast was actually fantastic.
The hotel was very peaceful and well kept. The room was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I had a great time.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We loved the ambiance of the property. They were doing some construction but we barely noticed it. Spa treatments were amazing. Don’t miss the Orange Ritual in their Vichy room.
A unique property imbued with a slower, gentile pace. Staff were very attentive and gracious. 4/5 as my stay was too brief to use all of the amenities.
Property is beautiful with secluded sitting areas with water fountains and shade. Fitness center was a little small and divided into two areas. Chilled pool was really nice because of the extreme heat!
Friendly helpful staff in reception..help with transport to local restaurant, clean, very comfortable room. Lots of beautiful quiet areas to read, take a breath…good food at restaurant. Secure and safe..
My husband and I both agreed that this was the most beautiful boutique hotel we’ve stayed at in Phoenix. Very quaint, gorgeous property and mountain views along with a wonderful Spa.
I will definitely be back to the Royal Palms! I love the historic aesthetic of the resort and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is also close to shopping and restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale.
