We had a wonderful stay at this property! Management was very attentive and helpful and the place was clean and quiet and lovely. Good location and close to a lot of fun activities. Highly recommend as a stay in Miami.

We had a great experience at Villa Italia! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the managers were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the beach. We also really enjoyed the lovely backyard, and it was nice to have coffee and tea available. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Apartments are in a nice quiet area.There is a bus stop right outside with free buses to get around. 5 minutes walk to the beach ⛱ .Plenty of bars,restaurants and supermarkets close by. All in all a great place to stay for a short break.If I go back to Miami this would be my first choice of somewhere to stay.

Villa Italia is a great place to stay in South Beach, really close to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, public transport but also really peaceful, the garden was a welcome area to relax in, the rooms were spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and cool in the Miami heat, good to have a safe and fridge in the room too as well as the use of a well equipped communal kitchen area, the staff were very friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond when needed

I returned to stay longer. The room was excellent as before. I had a chance to use the microwave downstairs which was helpful to heat up food I had stored in the room refrigerator. They staff was very attentive to inquire to my needs. I felt very appreciated and would highly recommend anyone stay at the property.

The location is perfect. You are steps away from everything on South Beach and South pointe. The courtyard is great to just eat outside. The kitchen area is nice and close since the room didn't have a kitchenette. It did have a refrigerator which worked perfectly. The room was very spacious with comfortable seating. The ac was pretty good. I loved the bathroom size. I would absolutely stay here often.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I also appreciated that the property had an elevator! During my second week, I changed rooms after extending my stay. The lower-level room I moved into was unpleasant. It was damp and cold and felt like a basement. However, Elizabeth in management was very attentive and responsive to my concerns and made sure I was moved to a quiet, clean, comfortable room. Elizabeth practically appointed herself my personal concierge! She went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and that my stay was enjoyable. I truly appreciated her care and the team’s hospitality.
