Exceptional in Every Way
Our stay at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable. The service was exceptional from beginning to end—every person we encountered was gracious, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the level of care exceeded every expectation. If you want to feel completely spoiled and pampered, this is one of the most amazing places you could ever stay. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
Our stay was fantastic, rooms very nice, beds and pillows extra confortable. Stunning ocean views, Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, I absolutely recommend staying here.
Abdel-Ali and Adnane at the pool are the main reason why I come back to the hotel every year! They make our stay wonderful and memorable every time. The kids love them and always want to come back to see them. Thank you so much again for the amazing stay. Excellent!
Staff was delightful, very kind. Rooms attractive - great showers! Location safe and convenient with many worthy restaurants nearby. That’s a good thing because the hotel does not have its liquor license and so dinners there would not feature cocktails or wine. Overall, despite that limitation, a very pleasant stay. And again, the team there was exemplary.
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Casablanca and had a mixed experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay, and the service was consistently good.
The accommodations, however, were fairly average for a luxury hotel at this price point. My biggest disappointment was the food, which unfortunately did not meet expectations in either quality or flavor.
I also booked a partial ocean view room, but the view barely included the ocean and was much more limited than I anticipated.
Overall, the excellent staff and service were the highlights of the stay, but the accommodations, dining, and room view left room for improvement.
Great Hotel, in a lovely location. All the staff delivered an excellent service all were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
