We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit on the 17th floor with an amazing ocean view. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances were large, modern, and looked very new. I also really liked the bedding materials. However, some things definitely need improvement. Several bowls, plates, and pans were not clean, even one of them with mold. The bathrooms are very outdated. One shower head kept making noise, and water stopper was missing, etc. The king-size bed was also very uncomfortable. Every time one person moved or turned over, the other person could feel the whole bed shaking. We both ended up with back and neck pain after the stay. We stayed for 3 nights, but they only provided one day’s worth of shower gel/body wash. When we asked the front desk about the limited supplies, we were told, “It’s a home, not a hotel.” I understand that, but with the resort fees being charged, I think basic supplies should be a little more reasonable. There were also no beach towels or other beach supplies included, and you have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrellas. Even with these issues, we really enjoyed the beautiful view, great location, and spacious condo.

Calypso Beach Resort Tower was more than I expected! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough room for us to feel comfortable and right at home. And the ocean view was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! 🌊😍 Waking up and being able to look out at the ocean was one of my favorite parts of the entire stay. The view alone made the trip feel extra special and relaxing. They truly thought of everything you could possibly need—except the food! The kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and everything needed to prepare meals. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was also a huge plus. I also have to mention how nice, welcoming, and helpful the staff was. Everyone we encountered was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, which made our experience even better. The entire place was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home with an amazing vacation atmosphere. I was extremely pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again! If you’re looking for plenty of space, a gorgeous ocean view, great amenities, and wonderful staff, I highly recommend Calypso Beach Resort.
