They went to a lot of trouble to get me a room so I booked an extra night. Not too far from the station and and easy walk and lots of wonderful guitar shops and ski / sport shops in the area. So quiet but close to everything. We were greeted well and accommodated just as any person should be treated despite being a foreigner with limited Japanese speaking abilities. They made us feel at home and respected. The facilities in this hotel was beautiful and clean. It remains to be very quiet and relaxing. They offer free breakfast in a Japanese styled presentation. It saved us time to think of places to eat as there are not many options of food that are walkable within 30 mins. There is some fast food and cafes but not really what we are looking for while immersing in the Japanese culture. Now my favorite part is the private outdoor bath. It seema they have some essential oil added like green tea or some sort but my lord it was outstanding.
