The woman manning the front desk upon our arrival was not welcoming. The type of room we had reserved online was not available and she would not provide an explanation as to why. The mattress pad/covers crinkled like plastic bags. There was no breakfast available, despite breakfast being listed as an amenity. The room type and breakfast were two reasons why we had chosen this hotel over other options. Those two missing features on top of poor customer service from the woman at check in made for a disappointing experience. An older building or worn furnishings are not a problem, and are to be expected at the price point. There really is no excuse for poor hospitality or inaccurate room and amenity information. It is worth mentioning that the custodian was very helpful and even offered possible alternative breakfast options after having to explain to us that the hotel didn’t actually provide breakfast. The man operating the check out desk was also pleasant.

The room with two queen beds that I booked with Expedia was not available for me. They substituted another room. The telephone was not working throughout the week. I complained each day and they promised for the next day.....it was all a complete lie! There was no breakfast except for coffee on most mornings, not all mornings. Room was clean. Staff were respectful but lied to me at the front desk. I would return simply because of the location and the price.

Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.

To be honest the hotel is under construction but they allowing all pets to stay as long as they desire . Rooms are updated but TV aren’t smart nor is the staff . A lot of low life’s stay there or be present @ the sight

The manager is amazing the rest of the staff needs work. There were kids running up and down the hallway playing on the elevators at all hours. The elevator was out for a day and a half. The ice machine was down for 3 days. I was a bit upset that it took hours to get fresh towels a few times they never came at all, even though I offered to bring down my own towels and get fresh ones. If you want housekeeping to clean your room you have to pay $10 each time. You have to take your own trash out to the bins they don't come and collect the trash either. On the plus side it is centrally located near a lot of great shopping and restaurants but the facility itself? Yeah, I'll pass!

When I booked this hotel breakfast was included but next morning when I came down for my breakfast I was shocked to see that front desk giving everyone a small plastic bag with one apple and one gondola bar in the name of breakfast. I was travelling with family of five peoples and now we had to find a breakfast place outside the hotel and had to pay from my own pocket for breakfast.

It's not a five-star hotel but it's a little bit disappointing when the elevator is out for 3 days only to find out that all they have to do is turn it on. The other customers allow their children to run up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. That isn't the hotels fault but it is an inconvenience.

Hard to find staff that speak English. They provide one tiny trashcan for a room w a kitchenette. The kitchen drawers are for show they don’t open. No counter space. Clean, no bugs, comfortable beds. Good for the price
