Lovely stay, very friendly staff, great high tea and a thoroughly enjoyed time in Singapore. Only constructive feedback is to make awareness of the slippery tiles around the spa and pool as I had a nasty fall (maybe place anti slip rubber mats in spots). Luckily it was nothing seriousness.

Now this is a five star hotel! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left we were cared for and respective! We arrived early and they allowed us to check into our room and when they learned that our flight was going to be leaving late, they allowed us to stay later so that we could freshen up before we headed home. I can’t imagine a better hotel for the value.
