This was a good place to stay for the week. The room was clean and had extra towels, toilet paper, etc. it was also in a good area where I didn’t have to go too far. The check in/check out process was smooth.

The room was very clean, the bed was nice and soft. The check in staff was excellent. Very quiet in and around the hotel. The location is perfect, about 10-15 mins from Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mills Mall, and plenty of great restaurants around.

Property was off the beaten path and was very quiet. Room amenities were very nice and the free washers/dryers were very good!! Very close to multiple restaurants and services. Definitely worth the visit and will definitely be back.

They was remodeling the hotel so some areas and door entrance was blocked.The room we had the carpet was terrible had a dead roach in the bathroom.Looks like the room wasn't finished but it was decent enough to rent out to them..However it was late when we checked in so we dealt with it for the night but we did change our reservation to another hotel.We we're celebrating our 1s yr wedding anniversary and this was not the place for us to celebrate.I booked through Expedia and they was great about moving us to a better location.I Do think once the remodeling is done it'll be a nice spot.If they had advertised they was in the middle of remodeling I would've choose something else from the beginning

Our room was 1st floor, spacious, no housekeeping services, and A/C cooled room adequately but didn't keep up with humidity, therefore room felt damp and musty. You have to ask if you need fresh towels or hair dryer, which are then cheerfully provided. Location is very good and parking is adequate. Full kitchen is a nice feature. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Property seems a little dated and could use some basic maintenance.

I liked that the pictures matched what you seen when you arrived. The staff was very helpful when needed. One downfall was the elevator doesn’t work, but we got a room on the 1st floor verses the 3rd floor they was going to put us in. Would I recommend this hotel and the answer would be yes.
