Not only was the property fantastic and the staff very hospitable, I want to give special accolades to Joe, who was available for transportation and assistance with a smile the entire time. He made us feel well taken care of.

Wow… this property was 10/10. Location, service, the quality of the rooms, and all of the extras like the loaner bikes to ride on the trail. While I’ve been to Napa dozens of times, this was my first visit staying in Yountville; I don’t think I can stay anywhere else now.

This property was visually beautiful and the staff were kind. The location is the most impressive part of the hotel. It did not stand out in quality and even though the rooms were apparently recently renovated, they felt dated. I expected more given the price point.

The fists impression is amazing, great staff beautiful place with great restaurant and bar. Try their drink FN-70, it’s amazing and I am trying to reproduce it home now. The only thing I didn’t like much was the pillows, staff was great gave extra and better pillow but I couldn’t find the ideal fit for me. But it’s minor not a big deal 5/5
