Wonderful and enjoyable stay here..Staff were courteous and totally accommodating with our requests. Amenities just right with restaurant, onsen and exercise room..Location is fantastic and it was always nice coming back to relax and unwind after busy day time activities. Neighborhood around hotel surrounded by little eateries, boutiques shops and quiet lane ways...We will be back to stay again..

Mitsui Garden Sanjo Premier is an excellent hotel. The amenities are great and their on site cheese factory raises the bar on the level of excellence for their food. Everything is as you would expect a hotel stay in Japan to be.

Wonderful and very peaceful stay. The property is beautiful and has a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. And the breakfast was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again if I return to Kyoto.

First time staying and would stay again!! Everything felt lux and clean, all the staff were so nice and very helpfull. Most if not all spoke pretty good English but even so they were all very patient. We got the room with a built in laundry machine and it was amazing very spacious n handy. Really would recommend

We started five nights. Very friendly staff and helpful. The location is accessible to many restaurants and shopping centers. We loved the onsen bath which was a plus after a long day sightseeing. However I’d prefer a larger closet. Only thing was the closet size. I recommend the premier and up if you are looking for larger room. All and all I’d start there again.

Overall great experience with helpful staff, cleans and comfortable room. There’s laundry service that’s affordable and then there’s washer/dryer for self service in the basement. This is a great place to stay for foreign tourists on a long trip.
