We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. It was close to the Rialto Bridge, but away from all the hustle and bustle of that area. The room was spacious and had a comfortable king size bed and a good shower. The breakfast was lovely with cappuccinos made to order. The staff was helpful with suggestions and directions. The hotel had a person at the desk 24 hours, so we always felt safe. The only disadvantage would be that there is no elevator for those with mobility issues, but that is typical for many hotels in Venice.

This property is beautiful, the staff are incredible and extremely helpful. This location is perfect for a stay in Venice. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. convenient to the water bus and a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Just be advised there is no elevator, so lots of stairs

The location and assistance from staff was first class. We had to share a bathroom which was managed well. One reading lamp did not work, and the wardrobe could not be opened because of a defective/previously damaged key/lock. This was reported. It was noted and we were thanked for doing so. The hotel is in a perfect location. We were overjoyed when we saw how convenient it was to get to everything. So many restaurants, markets, The Rialto Bridge, shops and so much more, all within very easy walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, there was everything you could possibly need or want. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a bongiorno!! When we come back to Venice, this will be the first place we look to stay.

Great hotel, friendly staff and a well equipped breakfast. Being in the centre of Venice, near the Rialto bridge, makes it a great location to access any part of Venice easily. The only knock against the location is that it’s located right above a square that allows bars to be open as late as 3 am. so if you’re looking for a quiet sleep, bring ear plugs. Otherwise, a great spot.
