We absolutely loved our four days at The Franklin Hotel. We loved it so much so that we have been recommending and reconsidering going back to stay there again December of 2027. Staff were phenomenal answering and assisting with all of our needs, very clean amenities and the professionalism of the team was top notch! Thank you Team Franklin! We are looking ahead to our next trip to London and staying with you again!

A great boutique hotel with that personal touch! We booked 2 rooms for a recent family stay, and would thoroughly recommend. The hotel is in a great location and tucked away in a quiet street with minimal through-traffic. The hotel is furnished and decorated with great character .. there's nothing 'corporate' about it. The breakfast was fantastic .. something I've seen others comment on previous reviews. But the best thing about the hotel is it's staff ... friendly and efficient, without being too over the top. So whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, I'd thoroughly recommend.

We had a nice stay at The Franklin. Our only real complaint was that the room, a Garden Suite, looked nothing like what is advertised either on Expedia or the hotel's website. The room was nice, it just didn't look anything like what were expecting. The overall service at the hotel was excellent.

It was an amazing stay at the Franklin. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes walk away Knightsbridge and maybe 10 from the museum. I had a great time here with my family.

Had a wonderful time at The Franklin! Our room looked just like the photos online, and I was quite impressed that their lowest tier room had such a nice bathroom! I'm a sucker for a really deep ceramic tub, and paired with their nice soaps made for a very relaxing way to end the night after our days out exploring. The staff were attentive and the turndown service with nightly water bottles was probably my husband's favorite part. We didn't have a chance to try their restaurant (given the hotel's great location, we just kept wandering into places for dinner each night) but will need to go back and give it a try. Amazing location that wasn't crazy loud at night- felt like an oasis right in the middle of the action. Would absolutely recommend!

The Franklin is a small luxury boutique hotel set on a charming street steps away from shopping, museums and great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely return. The check in was the most pleasant and personal check in I have experienced at a any hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Such a gem!!! Thank you The Franklin Hotel London ❤️

The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping. All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed a few times and the proximity to Sloan St is perfection. The staff is very attentive and make you feel genuinely looked after and appreciates my only issue, and it’s a design one is how dark the rooms are. The walls and furnishings are in black and dark gray hues and some rooms have small windows.

We enjoyed this small hotel and the location was amazing. If you are up for walking it’s a great location (less than 1.5 miles) to most of London’s big attractions including the Chelsea Flower Show. I would have given this a hotel a 5-star, but we found the restaurant staff to be unfriendly and very stressed. We ate 1 dinner and breakfast there and headed out to other restaurants for the following 4 days of our stay. With that said, the food we had was very good. Thank you for a great stay.
