Restaurant was closed during the stay and internet was down in entire village. Hotel seems dated and there are better choices and cheaper choices in town. Only one elevator. Even Holiday in has two. K would look for another hotel if I would ever return. Staff was nice and helpful.

Overall this place is great! Food was amazing and staff were friendly. The only thing was not good was their undergoing construction brought a lot dusks and made my family allergy and not feeling well.

You’re near GC and you need a clean comfortable place to stay, this is a good option. There is nothing over the top here, the lobby is very nice and a nice place to sit by the fire and enjoy the complimentary coffe. That is out for you to self-serve, there is also an indoor pool to entertain the kids. Rooms are comparable to a Holiday Inn

The location is perfect if you’re going into the Grand Canyon and need a place to stay. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent. Caden was outr server, and he did an outstanding job. Very informative and attentive. If we make the trip again in the future, we will definitely stay again.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed so there was some construction going on. The staff was very friendly and the room clean. The only point is that there is only one elevator so at some moments there was a little wait.
