For La Jolla, this was pretty good in a very expensive market on the price quality spectrum. A typical motel from the 1960s that’s been renovated. The staff is very nice, and parking is easy.

Pros Location Clean grounds Friendly attendants Clean pool It’s literally a 1 br apartment basically with a kitchenette, I wasn’t expecting that. I could probably think of more, Cons Slightly dingy as far as cleanliness goes, could’ve been worse and definitely could’ve been better. Baseboards, chair was kinda gross, dusty bathroom a couple stray hairs. No AC, wasn’t expecting but made due with the fan and windows open. Overall, for the price I was happy with my experience. My family and I felt safe and we had a great time,
