Friendly staff looked after us very well.
Room was cosy and tidy.
Comfortable beds and nice fluffy, warm quilt covers, not thin sheet like blankets, like other hotels. Plenty of pillows in each room.
Easy access to convenience stores, cafes, McDonald’s etc, only few minute walk around the corner.
Awesome location, central to all stations, within walking distance, which made it very easy to get around Tokyo.
Fresh towels every day.
Room service cleaning every second day.
Impressive variety of complimentary bathroom supplies, facial kits, modern hairdryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, headbands, bathroom slippers, foldable brushes, creams, soaps, and more.
Communal ice machine, cold water machines, self laundry, microwave.
Lots of cool little nooks on each level, to sit, read and relax.
Two fast lifts.
Beautiful entrance, met with polite, helpful staff that cater to your every desire.
Multilingual staff, fluent in both English and Japanese.
They take care of your luggage as you arrive and depart.
Will hold your luggage in a safe area on your check out day for a few hours, if needed.
Vending machines close by.
Overall, perfect hotel for all Tokyo explorers.
