The hotel was really clean and the service from the staff was quite inviting. Loved how cozy the room was. Conveniently situated between the Old Town and the train station. We enjoyed the fact that it was also along the lake. Would certainly stay there again.

Overall a good location and staff at both the restaurants were friendly and had great attention to details. The only issue was with getting seating or reservations at the lobby and 1st floor restaurants for in-house guests- had to eat at other hotels and other restaurants mostly of the time.

Professional, warm, helpful staff. Perfect location with a very popular rooftop bar (secret…. Guest have priority) comfortable bed, dark out shades, best nights sleep in forever!! breakfast yummy!! Helped assist us with fun excursions. Only regret, not eating at the Michelin restaurant.. maybe next time. Thank you! The Kalmans best 29th anniversary!

The staff here are the best I have come across. So helpful and somehow always knew which room I was staying in regardless of who was on reception. Rooms are small but very clean. I would opt for a larger room next time. Bathroom again small but very modern. Restaurant looking over the Limmat is superb. Excellent position for both work and pleasure visit to Zurich.

Good place for a night in Zurich. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and they have a ‘family room’ with connecting rooms. Front desk was nice. We interacted with several concierge personnel, some were more helpful than others. Some really needed to be in another industry hence the 1 less star.
