Location is great for Vanderbilt families but the property is showing its age. It’s gone downhill the 4 years our son has been at Vandy. Rooms are beat up and outdated. Breakfast is still pretty good. Overall I’d Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.
We stayed for Vandy’s parents weekend. It has great proximity to the school for the price. The property is clean. The staff is friendly. But it is a little worn. If you are looking for a close and relatively cheap/moderately priced hotel, this is great.
Clean and good location to Vanderbilt. Our room didn’t have the basics—soap, or conditioner dispensers were out upon arrival. The woman at the front desk acted like she didn’t care. Otherwise good stay.
Hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately they didn’t mention ahead of time that their parking lot was run by a third party company cost $140 for the weekend.

Staff was so friendly and helpful!
Our toilet made a weird noise whenever flushed, the hot water did not work very well in the shower, and there were some weird stains on our floor.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the elevators was broken and the other was very slow so walking to the fifth floor was the better option. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this property. Good value for the quality.
We had a lovely suite. Huge fridge and freezer which was really useful. Comfy sofa and chairs on lounge and kitchen area. Toiletries were great for sensitive skin which makes a welcome change. Breakfast has a nice variety and it was lovely to be able to help yourself.
Furniture could do with a bit of a refurb as drawers didn't shut properly and would be great to have a main light for bedroom area instead of having to walk in dark to find the lamp but these are minor points. Harold who seemed to be on every evening was a credit to the hotel so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much for him. We would visit again if we come back to Nashville. Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Great public transport links and local restaurants around.
Good location between downtown and the park to the northwest. I didn’t like how you have to pay for parking ($40 a day). The breakfast was okay, though I opted to eat elsewhere. One of the elevators wasn’t working the whole time I was there for 3 days. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean though housekeeping never came in once.
For the price, it's a great hotel in a great part of Midtown Nashville. Very near lots of nice restaurants and cafes. A short car ride from downtown Nashville. Decent breakfast and good rooms too.
Highly recommend this accommodation.
They have parking available as well.

The staff were top notch! They went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. Would recommend the staff to anyone! The rooms are dated, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. All in all just little things, probably won’t stay here again but the staff was lovely….oh and the house keeping staff is superb!! Rooms were clean and towels were always stocked

Breakfast offering was great as a complimentary amenity
We had a very nice stay, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. We will use this hotel next time we come to Nashville. I did think having to pay an additional $35 was completely ridiculous!

Staff was great! The hotel needs security out front. Every time we sat outside waiting on a rideshare, a homeless person was harassing someone. Also, the hotel needs a remodel. Lots of mold in the bathroom ceiling and halls. Behind the front desk, they had buckets catching water from the ceiling. Breakfast was good !
