During my stay the room was clean, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast super good, and in my room the AC was cold. The only bad thing was the water that had a very bad smell even though it was hot. Overall for 1 night its ok!

"The hotel was fine—simple but well-kept overall. Unfortunately, you can’t walk through the big resorts to get to the beach, otherwise it would be really close; however, it’s still very accessible. The staff was truly kind, though breakfast could have been more varied and better prepared. Overall, a good stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Room had hot water. Staff (front desk and breakfast chef) were pleasant and helpful. Improvements needed: Room did not have a chair, which made it difficult to work. Shower head sprayed outside of the glass shower partition which caused puddling on bathroom floor.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great, and a nice breakfast and coffee is included. The staff were all friendly and I felt safe staying there. Bavaro Beach is a short walk away. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

I travel with the family and have to say such great value is hard to find, glad I booked this hotel. Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms with access to the beach club which even though small was just right for us.

The staff called Michael and some guys were so kind and attentive to me. I got some problems at the hotel, but whenever I ask them to fix it, they tried to do everything I wanted. Especially, when I wanted to take a taxi from this hotel to different hotel that I was going to stay, Michael was so helpful. It was worth it, I’d recommend this hotel to tourists for sure

The staf was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the stay, its good for overnight, i thought i was getting more than i dis. Only had a fridge and tv in the roome. The door actually has some tissue stuffed in the craks. Lol. The breakfast was ok to get your day started, nothing extravagant. But overall the staff made the stay well worth it. Not 5 star a But also not 1 star.

Basic room. Nothing special. Hot water and clean towels.working AC nice bed, ample breakfast. Furniture old. No chair to sit in. Far from beach and tons of traffic, dust, and construction around. Better places closer to the beach.

Staff was very sweet, helpful & down to earth! The included breakfast never disappointed! I did feel like the room I had was slightly barebones. It could do with a few more amenities like a mini fridge, lotion, shampoo and few others things that are standard in most hotels. Despite the few issues, the hotel remains great value for money and is in an ideal location for restaurants and the beach is only a 8 mins walk away. The area is also safe, however I wouldn’t walk around after 1 am in the morning as I have seen slightly sketchy stuff during one night.
