Ideal hotel for our family of five. Has an indoor pool for my kids, free parking and free breakfast included which met our needs when looking for a hotel. The location is pretty centralized to restaurants in Bellevue and Seattle area. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a newish, well maintained property. Very clean with 24 hour staff. We only stayed one night but would visit again. Nothing in walking distance but there was a TNT store (a favorite of ours!) and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes driving. It was just off the main road, so no parking fees or heavy traffic. Fairly simple stay, just a clean quiet, safe location with friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised by the room accommodations. Very comfortable with the pullout bed and kitchenette. Bed not as comfortable as I would hope, but not terrible either. Breakfast was really great as well. Nice variety of options, fresh food and fruits.

I honestly loved staying here. It was my first time in Washington and my first time traveling alone with my little one, we felt perfectly safe! Maria in the kitchen was especially amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when having breakfast and remembered us throughout our stay after meeting on the first day. Would definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The front desk associate was very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the TV. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, when we were there it would’ve been nice if the tv was a smart tv so we could use streaming apps, Instead of the standard antiquated cable.

Absolutely loved our stay the staff were everything you could ask for and more for an extended stay! The only drawback for me was that the restaurant was closed on sundays, which I completely understand from a business perspective just from my personal experience it was a small let down. Still very satisfied with our stay here!
