The staff at this property is amazing, kind and genuine. I love that the spa amenities are available to all guests, not just those scheduled for treatments! Very unique. I did go to yoga one morning and there was no room, instructor didn’t do anything to make room for me. That is the only negative experience of the entire visit. Our concierge Perla was wonderfully helpful. The food was delicious and unique to each restaurant. Even the breakfast offerings were different and unique! This is our 3rd visit to the One and Only, would plan to return again!!💝

One and Only was AMAZING!! We have stayed at other 5 star resorts in Cabo but this one takes top honors in our minds! This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and you’re made to feel welcomed and valued. The grounds are immaculate. Our host was absolutely lovely - the service at this hotel is above and beyond. the downsides of the hotel were the lack of easy access to town and the extreme costs of food. There is no guacamole on the earth worth what they charge for at this hotel. The pricing of the food is exorbitant and was disappointing. The hotel itself was a bit low energy and could have benefited from music (even something relaxing) at the pool. Again, I’m glad to have stayed here once however I prefer opportunities to explore the culture of Mexico which this didn’t necessarily easily allow. I likely wouldn’t stay here again in the near future.

The property itself was stunning. The grounds beautiful and immaculately maintained. Everyone there was so gracious and helpful, always smiling and saying hello. The breakfast only included option was perfect (and delicious), allowing us to explore off the resort for dinner if we wanted to. A special shout out to Ivan and Sebastian for exceptional customer service. Worth every penny spent. We hope to return soon!

This is a spectacular property with service and amenities that are hard to beat. Outstanding service from the staff from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave with a special room attendant team assigned when you arrive. Everything about this hotel and the guest experience is five star. It does, however, also come with five star prices. Everything on the property is quite expensive from the restaurants to the spa. It’s all so well executed that it’s worth it as a luxury expense. Just arrive ready to spend a material amount of money on anything on the property. I would definitely return to this great property for special occasions and a true luxury travel experience.
