Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was great, the tapioca was really well made. Although it looks like a business hotel, the overall comfort of the hotel stood out—especially the bed, which was super cozy. The amenities were good, and the staff were consistently helpful. Honestly, almost everything was spot on. No real complaints, which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay. Clean. Beds were comfy. Food was great. Large selection for breakfast. We checked in early evening and had not eaten yet so we tried their dinner buffet. Reasonable cost and slot of amazing food from soup to salad to several main dishes to choose from, sides and desserts. Very nice 2 level pool.

The property has a lot of potential and is in a great location. We like our breakfast. Especially the fruit and tapioca stand. However, the restrooms were not clean, with numerous black areas on the shower and walls, as well as extremely old towels. We didn't like the check-in staff; they were untrained and unpleasant. Be aware that they are not friendly by international standards. Another concern is that they are rebuilding the site without informing us. Expedia should make a note of this because some individuals have dust allergies I would only recommend to friends if they make significant adjustments.. :(

Hotel muito bom, destaque para localização, que é meio do caminho para os principais atrativos, como as Cataratas. Equipe do restaurante muito atenciosa e cordial, já a equipe da recepção, nem tanto, mas nada que desabone a estadia. Quarto confortável, bom banheiro, mas uma reforma seria bem vinda, talvez uma mudanças nas cores, porque é tudo branco, se torna meio frio, a água estava saindo muito devagar na pia, e a porta estava raspando no chão, uma manutenção seria bem vinda também. Café da manhã muito bom, embora as opções fossem praticamente as mesmas todos os dias, elas eram muitas, então ainda assim é um bom café. O mesmo vale para o jantar (incluso somente na tarifa com meia pensão), muito prático para quem não quer se deslocar para jantar. No geral, vale a pena, nota 9.
