The room was really clean. But the air conditioning did not work. It was “on” in the display, but when I tried to control temperature by pressing “+”or “-“, it didn’t do anything. The temperature was ok, but the room was humid. The window was stuck with just two inches opening when I tried to air the room. When the next door closes the door, my wall and headboard vibrates. You have to ask for pots, pan, plates and utensils. There is none in the room.

The staff and especially Walter were awesome and very helpful! The rooms are cleaned once per week. Recommend that in order to maintain the condition of the property that management consider cleaning every 2 or 3 days.
