"The location of this hotel can't be beat. Its close walking distance to some of the most prominent attractions as well as to the tram. The view from the terrace restaurant is incredible. However the rooms are pretty average. Our room constantly had a smell (may be due to being closed and heat on). The temperature can only be regulated by opening the windows as the heat is constantly on. I would rate this as a 3-star hotel par with a hampton inn in the US."

The location was fantastic, just minuets walk for the train station or 5 minuets from the tramway. We stayed on 5th floor and it was still quite noisy but hay this is Istanbul !! "Fantastic location. Everywhere in the old town is walkable but with an incredible benefit of being able to be right by the water. Gorgeous views. The staff are incredibly welcoming and were always so brilliant. The spa and hamam facilities were also great and the in house spa menu had excellent massages on offer. The bus stop about a 5-7 min walk away meant you could access lots of different areas of Istanbul very conveniently. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "
