“Did not know what to expect really because Ocean Surf hasn’t been open for long, but wow! My new favorite stay. Wish I could have stayed for longer and plan to next time!”

“Beautiful room and the best view and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurant underneath. I’m an early riser but it is really noisy starting first thing on the morning. Traffic and deliveries. If you like privacy in your deck ask for the 3rd floor.”

“Location is perfect, the view is everything. Our 1 bedroom was very spacious and modern. I wish there was a mirror other than just in the bathroom. I stayed with my husband and our kids age 3,9,11. Everyone enjoyed their time. Definitely eat at sun and surf. Highly recommend, will be returning next year!”

“Overall ok but definitely overpriced and the staff was a bit rude when I arrived. I didn't even realize their was a hot tub until then last day. I had no idea coffee was available in the lobby, either. I felt like I was a more of a bother than a guest.”

“My 19-year-old son and I recently stayed at Inn on the Blues for a mother-son weekend in York Beach, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and just steps from the shops and restaurants at Short Sands. We have visited York many times, so we didn't need much assistance, but check-in was easy. It was completed at the hostess stand, and a staff member escorted us to our room, Sunrise #2. “the view is beautiful. room was cleaned daily towels sheets etc. Staff at check in time seemed rushed not giving full info on things like where the pool is. breakfast could have more variety. bagels coffee and fruit”

“Absolutely cannot complain about anything at this property for the price. Very clean, staff was super friendly. Water pressure was amazing in the shower, super hot. It included a continental breakfast which I couldn’t even believe. The pool was sparkling clean. The only thing was the jacuzzi tub was down. Other than that this place, definitely got five stars in my eyes. Perfect get away from my husband and I. Right on the trolley line very close to some really good restaurants.”
