Luxury Lanzarote villa (Faro Park) with heated pool, hot-tub, wi-fi, UK TV, A/C

This is undoubtedly an impressive Lanzarote villa. Not only does it have a large south facing sun terrace with private heated swimming pool, the owners have added a roof terrace complete with jacuzzi. The views from this roof terrace are fantastic with the sea and Fuerteventura on one side and the Montana Roja volcano on the other. Its also great for star gazing. Another great feature is the comfortable settee and chairs under the pergola by the pool - a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine! Inside the villa is equally impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The lounge has a 65" TV with DVD and Internet TV system (incl all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports/BT Sports/Sky Movies) + collection of DVDs/CDs. There is good quality/speed wi-fi. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining room as well as outside table and chairs if you prefer to eat outside. The villa is licensed as a holiday rental property. A truly luxurious villa makes this a holiday home you will want to come back to time and time again.

A Week in the Sun
We have just returned from another fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosulida. The villa has everything that you need ,fabulous pool and rooftop hot tub with tremendous views of the Red Mountain. The villa is spotless and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely return and recommend. This is our third stay on Faro Park and we find it an excellent base for holidaying in Playa Blanca.

Lovely Lanza Holiday
Casa Rosulida was a fabulous place to stay in Plays Blanca. The house was immaculate, the pool area and garden were spot on for relaxing. We really enjoyed the BBQ and surprised ourselves with how much we used and loved the rooftop hot tub. We really loved everything about Casa Rosulida and found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the private paradise it offered. We would definitely return.

Would love to have been able to score higher but some key areas let the stay down. Upon landing in lanzarote there was no one to check us in at villa check in, once we contacted them they were unaware of our visit and had to send a member of staff in to process our stay. Pool was uncovered, dirty and cold on arrival, this was sorted by management but took a few days for pool to be useable which was extremely disappointing especially for the children. As soon as we entered the villa there are clear signs of damp issues on two of the walls which we were not made aware of, had we known of this issue we would have opted to stay elsewhere due to obvious health concerns. Villa is quite tired and could do with a little updating. That being said, villa is in a great location and once the pool was useable is a great addition. Managers Kelly and Chris very helpful and easy to get hold of.

Great Villa!
Lovely clean and well equipped villa, away from the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca but close enough to either take an approx 1 hour stroll along the front or catch a bus to the centre. Fabulous location to watch the sunset and climb the volcano too!

Fantastic property, great location lots of lovely places to eat just at the end of the street, shops etc. but still quiet and relaxing - not far to get into Playa Blanca too. We took advantage of local e-scooter hire too a couple of times, loads of cycle lanes everywhere. We loved the pool (kids especially), temperature was perfect, used a lot everyday! Really well kitted out house with loads of room, definitely would recommend a stay here, we'll be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosulida. Communication with the owners was first class and directions supplied very easy to follow. The villa is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The heated pool was a lovely temperature to swim in even in February. The area the villa is situated in is very peaceful, but only a few minutes walk from the villa is a little parade with a decent small supermarket and a number of good quality restaurants. What more could you ask? We certainly hope to return one day

Wonderful villa. The pictures do not do it justice. Big wow factor on walking in through the front door for the first time. Private and peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. The garden, pool and roof terrace were a particular highlight for us. I don’t think we sat indoors all week. The villa was very clean on arrival. Faro Park is a very nice area and the local restaurants are worth a visit too. Our favourite is Gusto.

Fantastic week at Casa Rosulida
Rob and Sue answered our request with immediate response when booking the villa, along with any further enquiries. Brilliant advise reference transfer from airport to villa. Villa manager was very pleasant, checking everything was ok for us and recommending places to eat etc. All details regarding the villa were very clear and easy to understand. The villa is in a perfect location for us, very peaceful and quiet. A couple of small but perfectly adequate supermarkets and a number of restaurants (Dal Trevisano, being our favourite) literally a couple of minutes walk from the villa. If you require something a little busier, then Playa Blanca is less than 10 minutes by car/ taxi with shops and restaurants a plenty. Casa Rosulida is fantastic, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Very comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent (for those who needed it, so children very happy). The outside areas, swimming pool and terrace with hot tub are very well maintained and immaculately clean. Sunshine all day if you want, though shaded seating area,if required too. The pool was lovely and warm and-used everyday. Thank you Rob and Sue, we all had a great holiday and loved your villa. Definitely on our list to return to.

lanzarote 2019 casa rosulida
Another great two weeks in lanzarote, Casa Rosulida was excellent original 2 bedroom villa with a third bedroom added for extra space ( very clever) ideal for larger family group with dining seated area. Villa with very cosy bed and lounge area everything you need, outside large private patio and pool area plenty of seating and sunshine all day. great roof terrace with good hot tub just too stormy most days. Had to get kettle replaced but call to steve and he was there with replacement and gave me a quick lesson to operate the tv (many thanks)really enjoyed our stay very peaceful and would go again, the only downside was that we found the hot to very strong from the chemicals used that it was only used several times. Overall a very good villa and thank you for the two great weeks in Casa Rosulida. Alex & Lorraine- Holywood Co Down.

Private, quiet, beautiful villa
We had a fantastic stay here, the best villa we have ever stayed in. Such a treat to have the pool heated to just the right amount so we could all swim comfortably. The villa felt very private, and we absolutely loved everything about our stay. We hired bikes from a rental place just a couple of minutes walk away, and then cycled to Playa Blanca along a beautiful coastal path (no traffic) and then on to the harbour, with drinks and lunch along the way - idyllic.

Would Definately Recommend this lovely Villa
We have stayed in Lazarote for many years and have rented various Villas across the island. This was a lovely Villa, in and ideal location on Faro Park only a 2-5 minute walk from restaurants, a couple of bars and a few shops. The Villa was very clean and spacious, the hot tub was situated on the flat roof which offered lovely views whilst relaing. The owners were very helpful and there were subtle lovely touches such as tea and coffe. orange juice, milk and a bottle of red wine. Our flights were not until the evening and Rob was very accommodating allowing us to stay for a litlle longer at the Villa so that we weren't hanging around all day. If there was one thing wrong with the break, it was that I only booked for 4 nights!!!
