Byłoby dobrze gdyby nie kilka kwestii...

Na plus: Pokój nowy, ładny, czyste, łazienka trochę ciasnawa i bez suszarki do włosów, ale czysta. Dobra lokalizacja, spacerem bliziutko do Hydropolis, do Zoo i do rynku. Na minus: Pokój nie był przygotowany dla 3 osób (2+1) tylko dla 2, choć potwierdzili rezerwację dla 3 osób oraz cenę za pobyt. Zażądano od nas dopłaty za dziecko 80 zł, bo niby w systemie był błąd i nie doliczyło za dziecko. Odmówiliśmy dopłaty. Mieli przynieść dla córki pościel i ręczniki. Nie zrobili tego przez kilka godzin. Gdy poszedłem wieczorem do recepcji dowiedziałem się, że mogę sobie sam zabrać. Po mojej reakcji pan z recepcji jednak sam przyniósł do pokoju. Przy okazji okazało się, że klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działa. Pan z obsługi - nowy - nic nie wiedział, nic nie umiał. Konsultował się przez telefon. Ostatecznie klimatyzacja nie zadziałała. Zażądałem zmiany pokoju - odmówili, że niby nie było nic wolnego. Rano, dzienna zmiana mówiła, że jednak było i mógł i powinien nas przenieść do innego pokoju. Pokój był na poddaszu, w nocy w pokoju było 25 stopni i zaduch (wentylacja albo w ogóle nie działała, albo baaardzo słabo, bo łazienka natychmiast parowała). Okien nie dało się otworzyć, bo wpadały hordy komarów. Nie dało się spać. Biała noc. Podsumowanie: Gdyby nie zepsuta klimatyzacja i nic-nie-wiedzący nowy pan z recepcji byłoby całkiem przyjemnie. Reszta obsługi miła. Ostatecznie dostaliśmy rabat na pobyt 20% i nie doliczyli opłaty za dziecko. Gdyby nie opisane problemy, to pobyt byłby udany.

Jestem zadowolony z pobytu w Hotelu Wodnik. Pokoje są czyste i wygodne, były w nim wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Jedzenie również na plus.

Clean & cheaply renovated

Great for s one night stay as it was clean & offered free parking out the back. The location wasn't ideal for us as it was a long walk to the centre of town but apart from that the staff were friendly & it was great to have breakfast included too.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Brakowało mi jedynie światła nad lustrem w łazience, troche ciemno żeby zrobić makijaż i dywanika łazienkowego.

Hotel ma przepiękne wnętrza, eleganckie, ale zarazem bardzo klimatyczne, domowe. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Śniadania rewelacyjne. Gorąco polecam.

Great Place

The room we originally reserved was not available when we arrived. The front desk gave us the 1st floor suite for the first night, then transferred us to a very nice room with a river view the next day. The included breakfast was very good.

Comfortabel en rustig hotel aan de rivier

We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel, op de begane grond. Prima bedden en een mooie, moderne badkamer. Een hotel waar we graag naar terug zouden keren.
