Not ideal to stop and rest with children or young ones as place i dirty with bad odour from carpets. Also was noise from pub garden as we tried to rest/sleep. There was a fan on the side bed which was not wiped or cleaned. Shower was so stiff to turn off. I asked a member of staff to help and off he went back telling us he would bring wd40 till we checked out there was nothing resolved.

Most of the rooms are made up to a very high standard. During 3 stays over this past winter, every single room has been freezing cold. Radiators on and windows closed but it detracts from being able to unwind and relax when you are shivering. Staff are lovely. Checkout time early compared to local alternatives. Sometimes comes in at the best price. I would recommend
