Wow! What a gem this place was! We only booked one night, but would’ve loved a longer stay. We had a loft suite & loved the spiral staircase leading up to the two person tub with fireplace. The common space was nice to eat and relax in & they have everything you need. We were fortunate that during our stay (it was very off season) we were the only guests so it felt like home for the night. Hoping to get back up soon!

Nice and cozy

Beautiful, cozy property on the lake. Could use some maintenance though. A little power washing would go a long way. So many spider webs and bird droppings. Overall very nice property. Would definitely return.

Beautiful scenery on the lake and enjoyed watching the geese and their babies. Very peaceful quiet area and the inn provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay!the fireplaces the jetted tub and the comfortable bed made our stay even better.

I stayed in the cottage and it was such a lovely experience. The room was quite large and the tub was huge, though it did slowly drain when full. Being right on the water was calming, but sound from the restaurant next door carried over the lake and there was a wedding going on. They ended early enough though they it didn't disturb my sleep. The staff was wonderful. There was an air freshener in the room and I have migraines very sensitive to smell. They worked with me to ensure my visit was enjoyable and free from triggers. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived as they were started to paint and update the building we were staying in. It was still a wonderful stay. I does need some updates but you cannot faultwhat was on offer. Beautiful views and a nice, relaxing stay.

The property owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The property was perfect and seem less. The lake was quiet and beautiful in the off season. We absolutely loved the hot tub and fire. It was a perfect quiet spot. Very clean. Lots of helpful niceties in the kitchen and common area.

The property is on a good location. The upkeep of the facility was average. There is no staff at the property. You are given a code by email to get in the main door and a code to get into your room. I had questions regarding the refrigerator in the hangout room/kitchen for the guests. Wasn’t sure if any of the breakfast items in the refrigerator and freezer were for the guests or something a guest brought for themselves. We’re always had a very nice day and a very nice view of lake Como.

This was the perfect retreat for me. I traveled alone to celebrate the end of another school year. I enjoyed sitting outside and reading while looking out at the lake. The hotel is about 5 miles from downtown Lake Geneva so it was easy to get places. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and there is a kitchen in the gathering area. Owners were quick to respond when I had questions. Clean and safe

The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things out, good on you! Unfortunately, the place needs more love to make it great. Carpets stained and smelly, mosquito screen jammed, more reliable wifi. My lower neighbours were quite noisy on the balcony, the insulation is bad. Luckily, the second night, I was alone and it was quiet except for the noise coming from a ventilation fan (I guess?) located below my room; but it is a weird feeling to be the only one in the entire hotel. Basically, I liked the place and will book again but they need to upgrade it to bring it back at the standard it deserves...
