Stayed for a conference. Conference area nice. Food good for conference. Staff Were friendly. Room wasnt quite clean--smudge of something on toilet and hair on the shower wall. Otherwise it was clean. Bed not the most comfortable. Restaurant was nice, decent food and drinks.

Awesome Stay!

We always appreciate a comfy bed, pleasant staff and clean place. We did get all these here. The WIFI was nice and fast. The coffee was good! The shower had nice hot water!. We would stay here again!

First impressions were sketchy as the parking lot was roped off and the attendant couldn’t find our reservation. We hope that we were not charged twice. We did find the room clean, and the staff helpful.

Mattresses need an upgrade

We have stayed at Flat Creek many times. I like the location and the amenities. The hotel and rooms are clean. I like the hardwood floors in the rooms, not carpet. That is a nice improvement. The bed we had this time was horrible. I hope they soon invest in much more comfortable beds.
