"This is a really cool place. It seems that it was originally some kind of mansion, but restored into a hotel with modern amenities. There is also a shared, fully stocked kitchen. The owners are really nice and accommodating. We only stayed one night, but definitely worth a return trip. "

"The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!"

"This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again."

"The place is welcoming, clean and cozy. The host left a personal card and some wine which is always a plus. The only issue we had was the check in instructions could have been more clear as to how to locate the guest house and clear instructions where to enter and park since it was a guesthouse. Luckily, someone was home and helped us right away and everything was smooth from there. Would stay again and recommend for families."

Nestled in the heart of St. Helena, the property was within walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants in the downtown area. "Everyone enjoyed the property - both the house and location, walkable to St. Helena. We truly appreciated having soaps and other toiletries available. The best rooms are on the main floor. I didn't hear any complaints from our five couples besides maybe the need to update the front porch furniture. The home owners were very available the two times we briefly needed assistance. "Super easy to check in. Lots of space for a group. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Great gas stove if you like to cook. Only negative is street noise with front bedrooms. And, not to seem picky but it really needs a professional sprayer for the kitchen sink."
