"Our room had gummy bears under the bed however the staff was immediate in taking care of that problem. We also were dismayed that the swimming pool was unavailable during our stay due to glass being broken into the pool. Efforts were made to accommodate us at other hotel pools. Oliver at the front desk called me on our 2nd day of our reservation to inform us a new agreement that had been made for swimming enjoyment. I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness!!!"

"Rooms were extremely clean, breakfast employees were super friendly...however breakfast eggs were blahhhhh...not their fault. One thing I really didnt like is you couldn't tell who were employees because they didnt wear any uniforms...some just wore tank tops...it was a bit strange. Even housekeeping...I couldn't tell if they were guests or employees."

"Lovely resort with modern facilities (excellent gym, good pools, bike rentals, WiFi). All staff were excellent - from waitresses in the James Landing restaurant, gym staff, reception staff and maintenance guys. Had a few maintenance issues in the condo but they were sorted very quickly. The only downside was our accommodation (1 bed condo) was quite old fashioned .. would benefit from modernisation."
