"Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!"

"What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back."

"The view is amazing. Each day we saw seals swim by. There is a resident eagle who would sit out on the sand right outside the window. Our grandson watched him dive and get a fish. What a thrill. We found sea glass and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. Maria our host was attentive and very helpful. Definitely met all expectations."

"Super location and clean home. It was overcast the weekend we were there, but the views of birds and the water were still lovely! Easy check-in process and very responsive and kind property manager. "We loved the inside of the house. Perfect for our getaway. As a Navy vet myself we absolutely loved the Navy fighter jets flying over. Watched them all evening. The Naval Air station is also a beautiful base. Close to ferry to go to Port Townsend. Cute downtown Coupville with the history of Practical Magic being filmed there. We also loved Port Townsend! Don’t forget to check that town out. So much to see and do around here that you could easily stay for a week or two or more!!!! Coming back to...
