This property location is very convenient to Grand Park and SR 31. There are many dining options that are walkable. You can also easily access the Monon Trail to easily get in a walk or bike ride. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a great stay , very clean an staff was great at check in , the only thing we seen was they need more handicapped parking in front . We got there after a concert an all front an handicapped was taken so we had to park farther away to get in an it was a little much on us two ladys that are handicapped but was a great stay an we would stay again.

We’re on 2nd floor and the whole night we can hear footsteps coming from the 3rd floor room above our room….i didn’t have a good sleep…honestly it’s so ridiculous…and thermostat was not working right in our room….and the ice vending machine station in our floor is closed…we went to the lobby to get some ice….

Maintenance not being done. It was very clean. Cabinet door handle broken. I almost fell when I went to open it. Bathroom sink extremely slow draining as was tub. Blow dryer wouldn’t turn on until I pushed every breaker button.

The hotel was great, however, the key system was down and you had to be escorted to your room every time you left. With no key, you had to ask to get into the pool, the gym, the ice room, etc. It definitely felt like you had zero freedom and had to wait for an “escort” and ask to do anything during the stay. It was easier to just stay in the room - super inconvenient. We even swapped off at breakfast so someone was in the room to let the other in. I’d have much rather eaten with my family. Also, most times the front desk would ask to see my ID to get access, but there were times they didn’t and just let us in with a room number - didn’t seem very secure at that point.
